Martin Yeung is the founder and partner of the firm and has extensive experience in handling corporate crime, fraud and general criminal cases (including drug trafficking, money laundering, bribery, restraining and confiscation orders, etc.). It also includes many high-profile insider trading and corruption cases in the city. He also handles client regulatory investigations, large commercial litigation and judicial review related matters, advising large corporations, financial institutions and directors.
Martin specializes in handling litigation cases of criminal, civil and matrimonial litigation, including defense in commercial crimes, corporate and contract disputes, land resumption and property disputes, workers' compensation, child custody and matrimonial property litigation and defamation related litigation. He also regularly represents listed companies and property developers in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
He acts as a defense advocate/representative for clients in various courts.

Sonny Lam obtained his LL.B. (Hons) and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong and the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
With more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, Mr. Lam has extensive experience in handling a broad range of civil and commercial litigation and disputes including contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, breach of directors' duties, issues relating to land and property, landlord and tenant disputes, debts recovery, matrimonial proceedings, employment disputes, construction disputes and insolvency matters etc.
He also advises and represents clients involved in white collar crime investigations and prosecutions as well as in regulatory investigations. Mr. Lam also has the experience of working as in-house lawyer with a leading property developer where he advised on all aspects of real estate and tenancy matters.
